To upload image, click on the Browse button, which will bring up your operating system's standard File Open dialog window. Navigate through your folders until you find the folder containing your image. Select the file you wish to upload and then press "Open". (It should have a .gif, .jpeg or .jpg after the name). The name of your file should now be in the text box next to the Browse button on the form, and it will be sent when you submit the form.

Please note: If you are uploading from a dial-up connection, be patient. Your file may take a while to process.

If you prefer, you may print out an Entry Form and mail it to us along with a photograph of your screwdriver.
